Returns and Exchanges

Wild Icon apparel may be returned/exchanged, based on the following:

• Items must be in new condition – unwashed, unworn, unaltered, makeup free, deodorant free, smoke free, stain free.
• All sale items are final.
  
• Merchandise must be postmarked within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date shown on your order’s tracking number.  
• Please initiate returns and exchanges by emailing us at saywhen@thewildicon.com

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  We will cover the cost of shipping exchanges back to you.
• Buyer assumes all return/exchange shipping costs... unless we made a packing mistake in which we will provide a return label.
• If there is an error with your purchase please let us know within 5 days of receipt. While we're human and can't possibly guarantee perfection (especially when we're packing a zillion orders), we can guarantee that you matter to us!
